End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Rakeshaxe
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User" or "Licensee") and Rakeshaxe ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") governing the use of Rakeshaxe's software, services, and products ("Software" or "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using any of Rakeshaxe's Software or Services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Grant of License
Rakeshaxe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software and Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may install and use the Software only for personal or internal business purposes.
Restrictions
You shall not:

Ownership

Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Rakeshaxe does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Rakeshaxe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if Rakeshaxe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Privacy
Your use of the Software and Services may involve the collection of personal information, as described in Rakeshaxe’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rakeshaxe operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Updates and Modifications
Rakeshaxe reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
